My Journey

I’ve always been fascinated by the human mind, the stories we carry, the emotions we hide, and the strength that quietly holds us together. My path began in PR and marketing, but life had other plans. A phase of deep reflection led me toward what truly called to me i.e. understanding people, healing, and growth.

Through my training with Counsel India and years of connecting with others, I found my purpose in creating a space where empathy meets awareness. Whether I’m supporting a founder in Mohali or a parent in Panchkula, I strive to help people find peace, clarity, and the courage to come home to themselves.
